Terms and Conditions Natur i de Hand AG 

General terms and conditions apply to the Natur i de Hand online shop.


The general terms and conditions apply between Natur i de Hand AG / and our customers. The offers only apply to Switzerland.

The terms and conditions are up to available under the “Terms and Conditions” link. Natur i de Hand AG can change the terms and conditions at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. In case of doubt, these

Terms and Conditions published at the time of the order. We cannot accept any conflicting terms and conditions.


Delivery area
Deliveries take place within Switzerland. Delivery is at the client/recipient’s own risk.

Minimum order quantity​

There is no minimum order quantity set.

Orders where all products are in stock are usually dispatched within 5 working days. If an item is no longer available (or only available at a later date), we will contact you as soon as possible.

If individual goods are not in stock, the time of dispatch may be delayed depending on the manufacturer's delivery times. Delivery times are always non-binding and delays in delivery under no circumstances give rise to claims for damages or the possibility of withdrawal from the contract by the customer.

Shipping costs are free for orders over CHF 50.

Shipping costs for orders up to CHF 50 are CHF 7.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including 7.7% VAT and delivery in Switzerland.


Purchase contract
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the “Order” button. Error excluded. Personalized products are only sold with a written offer with a deposit paid before production begins.

Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order by email, which is also your order confirmation. 

Payment conditions
Deliveries and payments are possible with advance payment by credit card. When your order is delivered you will receive an invoice from us. The contract and invoice currency are Swiss francs.


Complaints about defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery must be reported to us in writing or by email no later than 10 days from the invoice Report to.

Right of withdrawal

The applicable law is exclusively Swiss law, excluding conflict of law provisions (including the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods).

Withdrawal or exchange
In the event of a withdrawal or exchange, the customer is always responsible for packaging the goods to be returned in a transport-ready manner. Returns will only be accepted if they are in good condition, i.e. undamaged, unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Any damage to the goods or packaging due to improper packaging will be charged to the customer. If the customer hands over the goods to a transport company, the customer bears the risk for the safe transport of the goods. The transfer of risk to Natur i de Hand AG only occurs when the goods arrive at our premises.

Natural products are limited editions/unique items and are subject to natural changes in color, shape and weight; this does not constitute a defect. Since we do not manufacture by machine, air pockets or irregular soaps are part of the program.

The product descriptions are not promises, but rather reflect our experiences with our products. The colors of the products shown in the images in the online shop may differ from the actual product colors.

Cosmetic products can cause allergic reactions in people. We assume no liability for this. Natural cosmetics have a limited shelf life; this is stated on the products.

It is possible to access other Internet sites from this website that are not maintained by Natur i de Hand AG. We are not responsible for the content of these pages. We approve, support or confirm the content contained on external sites or in linked addresses listed therein.

Liability for consequential damage caused by defects, except for gross negligence, is excluded.


Applicable Law/Jurisdiction
The contract is subject exclusively to the Swiss Code of Obligations and other standards issued by Swiss legislation.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes with Natur i de Hand AG is - subject to different mandatory places of jurisdiction under federal law - Lenzburg, Switzerland.
