Delivery area
Deliveries take place within Switzerland. Delivery is at the client/recipient’s own risk.

There is no minimum order quantity set.

Orders where all products are in stock are usually dispatched within 5 working days. If an item is no longer available (or only available at a later date), we will contact you as soon as possible.
If individual goods are not in stock, the time of dispatch may be delayed depending on the manufacturer's delivery times. Delivery times are always non-binding and delays in delivery under no circumstances give rise to claims for damages or the possibility of withdrawal from the contract by the customer.

Shipping costs are free for orders over CHF 50.
Shipping costs for orders up to CHF 50 are CHF 7.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including 7.7% VAT and delivery in Switzerland.

Purchase contract
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the “Order” button. Error excluded. Personalized products are only sold with a written offer with a deposit paid before production begins.
Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order by email, which is also your order confirmation.

Payment conditions
Deliveries and payments are possible with advance payment by credit card. When your order is delivered you will receive an invoice from us. The contract and invoice currency are Swiss francs.
Complaints

Withdrawal or exchange
In the event of a withdrawal or exchange, the customer is always responsible for packaging the goods to be returned in a transport-ready manner. Returns will only be accepted if they are in good condition, i.e. undamaged, unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Any damage to the goods or packaging due to improper packaging will be charged to the customer. If the customer hands over the goods to a transport company, the customer bears the risk for the safe transport of the goods. The transfer of risk to Natur i de Hand AG only occurs when the goods arrive at our premises.

Natural products are limited editions/unique items and are subject to natural changes in color, shape and weight; this does not constitute a defect. Since we do not manufacture by machine, air pockets or irregular soaps are part of the program.
